1. What payment methods are accepted?

2. What is Miviorganics’ return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

• Order cutoff time: 4:00 PM (GMT)
• Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Transit time:
– United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
– Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
– Canada & United States: 5–9 business days
• Estimated total delivery time: 6–12 business days, depending on destination and courier service availability.


4. Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order on our website via the Track Your Order page.


6. What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £39 GBP. Equivalent thresholds for other regions are:

• $69 NZD (New Zealand)
• $65 CAD (Canada)
• $49 USD (United States)

Orders below these amounts will have a small flat-rate shipping fee.


9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us immediately at info@miviorganics.com with your order number and photos if possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
